Our coaches realize hockey is a unique sport that combines fast paced skilled movements with power and strength techniques simultaneously. We tailor our strength and conditioning program to meet the specific demand of the player and season they are preparing for. 

Our specialized training allows players to hone in on skills that may not be focused on during team practices. We place emphasis on high quality repetitions, refining fundamentals, and challenging our skill threshold each session. 

We offer small groups classes and private lessons that give us time to break down and analyze deficiencies on a player to player basis. We then curate a player specific program for maximal development.

On Ice Development

1:1 Training – 1 hr on ice player specific development | 1 hr off ice performance training | 20 min Rapid Shot Technology

Small Group Training – 2-5 Players | 1 hr on ice player specific development session | 1 hr off ice performance training | +20 min Rapid Shot Technology session. Age and skill specific groupings.

Rapid Shot Technology – 1:1 | Small Group | 20 & 30 min sessions | work on catching pucks and picking corners using our Rapid Shot technology. The interactive, illuminating target focused training tool allows players to access data related to their release quickness, as well as shot speed and accuracy.

Skills & Powerskating Clinics  – Full ice | high intensity | targeted repetitions | larger group setting.

Video Analysis – A member of the Topline coaching staff will identify teaching points by breaking down film to hone in on in a player’s tendencies with the intent of re-introducing proper habits and analyzing positional awareness.
